  1. Gabi and Mate don’t seem to talk much amongst themselves when on the bench. Are they not particularly friendly, or just ‘all business’?

    I meant to ask this after their last match, but today, in the QF, the announcers mentioned it.

    • Dabrowski’s not all that chatty, even with her women’s doubles partner.
      Some are, some aren’t. I mean, there’s no deeper meaning.I’m not sure they even know each other all that well; mixed doubles isn’t a week-in, week-out sorta thing.
      Coco and McNally literally didn’t say a word to each other for most of their doubles match today. They didn’t even LOOK at each other!
