Also going on are the 34th All Canadian Junior Championships, in Burlington, Ontario. It’s classified as a Grade 5 ITF event (the lowest of their grades).

Over the weekend, Charlotte Robillard-Millette played in the 2nd annual ITF Junior Masters in Chengdu, China. It’s an eight-player draw for both the girls and boys. She defeated Tereza Mihalikova of Slovakia 7-5, 6-4 in the first round, but lost to top seed Katie Swan of the U.K. 6-3, 7-5.

She defeated Kayla Day of the USA to take third place.

  1. Nestor with the win but he is still struggling on serve – unless the live scoring app is wrong.

    It seems for the past several tournaments, Nestor often has his serve broken especially right after they have broken the other team.

    After breaking Gasquet/Tsonga for 2-0 lead, in Nestor’s first serve game, he was broken after double faulting 3 times in the game!?

    Nestor managed to hold the rest of the match after that but he still served up most of the double faults (4 out of the 5) I think. To make Rio, he has to get the 1st serve working!
