    • Well, he doesn’t have the ranking to get straight in, so unless they give him a wild card (which typically go to American players – including some from the best results at the Challenger on the same site this week), nothing’s changed.

  1. Just finished watching Felix on PVR. What a tense match, and it sure looked hot there.

What a step for the kid. We’re sure looking forward to the final tomorrow!

  2. ah, okay
When you said out of Delray, I jumped to the conclusion that he was supposed to be there, and pulled out. I assumed injury.

When I was watching Brayden Schnur play in New York last week (online), the lady announcer mentioned to her co-host your comments about family coming to watch him play, from an article by Stephanie Myles.

    • He was supposed to be there. He was entered. And he did pull out fairly late, but before the draw was made.

I heard it! It was on Tennis Channel. that was Lindsay Davenport. Nice that she does her homework- unlike her colleague!

  3. Is Raonic’s knee acting up again? When you say ‘out of Del Ray’ it sounds like an injury. 🙂

    • Not sure why it would sound like an injury – although with him that’s a reasonable assumption. More of a scheduling issue as he played Rotterdam last week, and Dubai next week. Never made any sense that he would come back to Florida in between. Although perhaps if he were feeling 1000 percent, he might have done it.
