  1. Nestor/Pospisil into semis! They really command play when both are at the net – both this match and last. You really see how classic doubles play beats the baseline singles play.

    I was surprised they went out of turn and had Pospisil serve first in second set as Nestor was serving really well. Normally, with Pospisil’s big serve, it makes sense but Pospisil couldn’t hit a 1st serve the 1st set. Sure enough, he was broken at start of 2nd.

    Fortunately Pospisil didn’t self-destruct (like in singles) with all the double faults and missed volleys. Hope he can draw on that the next time he plays singles.
