  1. I think Cahill mentioned that Milos’ transitions to the net are much smoother now. And it does seem like he is going up there more effortlessly, getting more on top of the net than a few steps behind it. But I would imagine that being more positive, happier and less serious could also have physical effects as well. The mind and body are a more coherent unit than we think.

    • As Federer correctly pointed out, that doesn’t happen in a couple of weeks. He’s also on grass now, which he wasn’t earlier in the season, which completely changes that dynamic.
