After multiple speeches and thanking of sponsors and whatnot, they got down to making the draw Friday in advance of Canada’s World Group II Fed Cup tie against Serbia.
As referee Brian Earley explained, it’s really a simple matter of drawing out one name.
Then all the rest falls into place.
