The man is an angst machine. Not sure we’ve ever seen him practice (and we’ve seen him practice a lot) when he didn’t look dismayed and distressed – no matter how well he’s hitting the ball.
On this day at Indian Wells, Vasek Pospisil was playing straight man while the Fetchin’ One emoted.
At one point, he even stopped and watched the women next door hit some balls – as if, perhaps, Arantxa Parra Santonja could somehow solve things. Not sure that’s likely to help.
