He was also sharing a court with Françoise Abanda – and handed her a few balls.

Then played a great one against Julia Glushko, who was the No. 1 seed as a wild card into the qualies, currently ranked No. 155.
Glushko had sort of an interesting exchange with her boyfriend, New Zealand player Sebastian Lavie.

Not sure what all that was about, but eventually he just got up and left. (Lavie, a fellow pro, lost in the first round of qualifying to Quebec teen Alexis Galarneau).
