Video: Milos Raonic ties his hand at footy

MELBOURNE – It’s a sport involving a ball, but definitely not Milos Raonic’s type of ball.

The 26-year-old Canadian, ranked No. 3, met Melbourne Football Club captain Nathan Jones Wednesday as his clothing sponsor, New Balance, announced the extension of its agreement with the Aussie Rules team.

Here’s how it looked when he gave it a go; he also answered a few questions about his Oz Open prep.

Some pics. There was some hope that Raonic would don his new jersey for the footy tryout (although it would have looked a little dorky over his short-sleeved shirt). But alas, not to be.
