Shelby Rogers has been on the circuit for a long time.

But until this week in Nicholasville, Kentucky, she had never faced Serena Williams.

Before she played her, she said she could at least now boast of having faced her.

But after losing the first set 6-1, she pulled out a win in the third-set tiebreak. So now she can brag about defeating her.
