In Gdynia, 31-year-old Kristina Kucova – who’s been at this 15 years – vied for her first career WTA Tour singles title against 27-year-old Maryna Zanevska – born in Ukraine but now playing for Belgium.
Zanevska prevailed – and also earned her first career WTA Tour title.
