Dominic Thiem was back at it in Estoril, where he took a wild card after losing his first ATP Tour match back in Belgrade last week.

He played France’s Benjamin Bonzi, who is a good player but one, when Thiem was healthy and at his peak, he’d likely not have had much trouble with.

Thiem got his forehand going in the second set, and had set points to take it the distance. But in the end that forehand let him down and be bowed out.
