And the U.S. and Great Britain, who also are the favorites to get out of their pool, battled until 1 a.m. in Glasgow to decide a nearly three-hour doubles rubber involving US Open champions Rajeev and Joe Salisbury playing against each other – just a few days after holding up the trophy together.
