Canadian Gabriel Diallo is back at it, this time in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

While his countryman returned to Europe, Diallo went back to the place where he made his first career ATP final last year, losing to Karen Khachanov.

He got a Kazakh wild card in the first round, and so it was a fairly routine opener.

Also on the docket there Monday – Bernard Tomic! He went out. But he’s still kicking!
