When an interview loses the plot…

At every tennis tournament, you’ll find your share of accredited media that don’t know much about tennis, and seemingly aren’t playing close attention.

The first question in Miami after Rafael Nadal was soundly beaten by Roger Federer in the final … well, let’s just say the questioner sort of lost the plot.

It’s not the first time it has happened. But it’s always cringe-worthy.
