The No. 3 court at the Kiwi Tennis Club in Indian Harbour Beach, Fla. is about as far away as you can get from Wimbledon Centre Court. A lovely little creek runs alongside, though.

That’s where former world No. 5 and 2014 Wimbledon finalist Genie Bouchard plied her trade Wednesday in the first round of a $80,000 ITF Pro Circuit event. On a five-match losing streak, the 23-year-old Canadian squeaked past American Brianna Morgan 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.
