Bouchard makes the Super Bowl

After losing in the quarterfinals of the Taiwan Open, Genie Bouchard could jet to Minneapolis in time to make her Super Bowl date.

She made the Saturday night party, too. And she and John Goehrke, the Twitter follower she met after making good on a bet a year ago about the Patriots’ Super Bowl comeback, did a Twitter Q&A.

They also were interviewed by a Quebec French-language television network (in English, too).

The presence of the golden Twitter couple wasn’t enough for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady to pull off another miracle comeback.
