Larcher de Brito back on Tour

Fish your earplugs out of your backpack, Michelle Larcher de Brito of Portugal is back.

Larcher de Brito, still just 25, had been off the circuit since July.

In the interim, she opened a doggy hotel with her family, near her home in Bradenton, Fla.

Her ranking was at No. 317 then. It stands at No. 361 now (her career-high No. 76 came in 2009). So she didn’t lose much.

She returned two weeks ago in Midland, losing in the first round of qualifying to Usue Arconada.

She’s back this week in qualifying at a $25K in Surprise, Arizona.
