Seeds No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and … No. 8 were in the final four on the singles side, and faced off in the semifinals Saturday.

No. 2 and No. 3 got through.

On the doubles side they wereeven more to form, even if your “typical” semifinal seeds matchup is a bit morphed because of the round-robin format.

It was No. 1 vs No. 2, and No. 3 vs No. 4.

No. 2 and No. 3, coincidentally, also came through.
