Those were the Oreo cookies, with the two men’s singles semifinals being the creme filling.

Considering only one of the top four seeds and two of the top 10 seeds made it to the final four, both are pretty appetizing matches for various reasons. In the end, the tennis was good at times. But neither was an epic.

With the overarching question: can anyone beat Carlos Alcaraz?
