Wimbledon – Day 7 ladies’ singles final results

Fourth-round action (or some of it, anyway) as the middle Sunday of rest is but a distant memory, and the craziness of Manic Monday along with it.

Only one of the four matches went according to plan: No. 1 Iga Swiatek vs. No. 14 Belinda Bencic. And it was quite the effort.

But the highlight of the day was the massive battle between two hard-core veterans of the tour: Elina Svitolina vs Victoria Azarenka. Won by Svitolina in the match tiebreak.

(Wimbledon is five hours ahead of EDT).
