MORE TENNIS THAN YOU'LL EVER NEED

US Open ’23: Day 9 doubles, mixed final results

FLUSHING MEADOWS, NY – Quarterfinals time begins for both the men’s and women’s doubles.

And one of them has three Canadians – okay, make that 2 3/4, as Erin Routliffe represents New Zealand – thus guaranteeing some CanCon in the semifinals. It was a wild and CRAZY match, won by the Cana-Kiwi team much to the dismay of a very pro Fernandez-Townsend crowd.

The Luisa Stefani – Jennifer Brady pairing (just like the Beatriz Haddad Maia – Victoria Azarenka pair that will play tomorrow) are also pretty intriguing.
