Can Diego Schwartzman, who came back to beat fellow fellow veteran Albert Ramos-Viñolas in the first round on Monday, go all the way and make the main draw in his Rome finale? Yes, he can!

Schwartzman made the final in the one-off pandemic fall edition of the Italian Open in 2020, losing in three sets to Novak Djokovic after beating both Kei Nishikori and Matteo Barrettini on the day – and Ramos-Viñolas, in the second round back when it was a 64-draw.
