Could the career-making week for Cana-Chilean Alejandro Tabilo continue right to the Rome finals?

His biggest test yet came Friday, in the semifinals against No. 3 seed Alexander Zverev. In the end, he just ran out of energy despite starting off brilliantly against a German who was slow to get off the mark.

Tabilo’s Chilean compatriot, Nicolas Jarry, attempted to do the same against surprise American semifinalist Tommy Paul, seeded No. 14. And in end, at least there will be one Chilean in the final.
