In Monastir, qualifier Sonay Kartal beat undeeded Rebecca Sramkova to win her first career WTA title.

In Guadalajara, Caroline Garcia had a path to a title. But it was far from a done deal. And in the end, it was No. 5 seed Magdalena Frech who took it all.
