MORE TENNIS THAN YOU'LL EVER NEED

WTA Tour – Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 final results

Too soon to know if the aspirational comparisons to Aryna Sabalenka will pan out, but Nahuany Vitoria Leme da Silva became the first player born in … 2010 (yes, sigh, 2020) to win a WTA Tour level match when she defeated fellow Brazilian Carolina Alves in the first round on Monday.

She got a better player in No. 2 seed Solana Sierra in the second round on Wednesday.

Canadian Rebecca Marino was supposed to be in action in both singles and doubles, which was postponed from yesterday. She went out in singles to No. 6 seed Tatjana Maria. And the doubles was postponed again.

(Sao Paulo is one hour ahead of EDT; Guadalajara is two hours behind)
