Jodar got through, age 19.

And in Houston, Tommy Paul got through squeakers in both the semis and finals to take that tournament over Buchurraga.

And in Monte Carlo, where the main draw is beginning, 17-year-old Moise Kouamé made his Monte Carlo debut while 39-year-old Gaël Monfils “tire sa révérence”.

Cana-Chilean Alejandro Tabilo was the first of four Canucks in the main draw to jump into action. And got through.
