MORE TENNIS THAN YOU'LL EVER NEED

ATP Tour – Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024 final results

No. 1 seed Holger Rune made his 2024 Asian swing debut on Saturday, facing qualifier Yasutaka Uchiyama in Hangzhou. And he was one  – and done – as this challenging 2024 season continues for the Dane.

Same for No. 1 seed Lorenzo Musetti in Chengdu, who did prevail.

Yes, it’s Saturday. But the two ATP 250 events have 28 draws, with the four top seeds getting first-round byes.

And it’s a Wednesday – to – Wednesday schedule because of the 12-day Shanghai Masters 1000 coming up that skews the natural order of things.

(Chengdu and Hangzhou are 12 hours ahead of EDT)
