Only Friday night, briefly, did the weather stop play after a 2016 edition that was extremely lucky to finish on time.
That’s of no comfort to Belgium’s David Goffin, whose foot slid under the rain cover located at the back of the Suzanne Lenglen court during his match against Horacio Zeballos Friday.
