MELBOURNE, Australia – Canadian Gabriela Dabrowski, who was shocked out of the Australian women’s doubles along with Bethanie Mattek-Sands by the teen dream queen team of Coco and Caty, will finally get back on the mixed doubles court.
There was no mixed at both the US Open and Roland Garros last year.

When posting results, please put up the reason if there is a walkover. Farah/Melichar lose in walkover but the draw posted on Aussie Open website fails to include the bottom info chart that gives reasons for withdrawals. Melichar looked fine playing women’s doubles just previous to her scheduled mixed. You can become the tennis site of record and earn a reputation as the site to go to get complete coverage of the sports.
Also, why all the withdrawals from the Aussie Open losers tourney? Maybe it’s better they withdraw if not going to put up an honest effort, unlike others who embarrassingly lost to players who should be on the court with them.
Melichar had some pretty solid tape in an awkward part of the inside of her shoulder in that match.
But perhaps you didn’t notice this in your quest to find fault with everyone.
I can’t believe Vashy and Shapo ended up losing that match! Are they both okay? Mind you, I know Tiafoe is a toughie; not that familiar with Monroe.
I went to bed after they blew the second set.
They were fine. They just lost.
Monroe is a beast.
