SBD Preview: Barty v Bianca in the Miami Open final

Because Bianca Andreescu is already considered among the elite in women’s tennis, we tend to forget how little top-level tennis she has played.

She has faced the players in the current top 10 rarely on the WTA Tour level (in fact, she hasn’t played Ashleigh Barty, Aryna Sabalenka or Petra Kvitova – ever).

So this first meeting between two of tennis’s artisans has been highly anticipated.

Whether they will physically hold up after a tough week is the wild card in this hard-to-predict matchup.
