SBD Preview: Gauff vs. Swiatek in an all-teen battle in Rome

Time was, a semifinal match in a big tournament between two teenagers was no biggie, really.

But it’s been a rare sight in recent years.

The last teenager to even make the final four in Rome was Victoria Azarenka – all the way back in 2009.

But on Saturday, 17-year-old Coco Gauff takes on 19-year-old Iga Swiatek.

For Swiatek, it will be the second match of the day.
