Didn’t mean to offend you. Just keep breaking news. That is what other tennis sites rarely do. I am pushing you because I think it will make your site distinctive by breaking news and thus more fans will access it so you will be able to survive and maybe prosper. The WTA website is the worst, rarely providing any news like this. It is more of a propaganda site. I will be curious to hear about “There’s actually even more to it than that.”
Your stated “intention” is irrelevant and disingenuous, as evidenced by your numerous comments.
Again, you and other tennis media are out to lunch. Great on writing features but news is often on the back burner. There are 4 Chinese women who were eligible to compete at Wimbledon but are not there (Wang Qiang, Zheng Saisai, Yang Zhaoxuan and Xu Yifan). Evidently, the Chinese Tennis Association wanted them back home to train for the Olympics. I found this info on a fan forum which you disparage, but that is where you find a lot of news left out of the traditional tennis media sites.
I know this. They’re afraid to talk about it on the record. There’s actually even more to it than that.
I have asked, believe me.
I break more news than most people. I spend far too much of my time trying to do it, too.
I’m also only one person.
So maybe you should stop being such a huge asshole.
