A great Canadian tennis weekend, eh?
First up, Denis Shapovalov took on No. 1 seed Daniil Medvedev in the Vienna final.
He played a brilliant first set but in the end, Medvedev wore down his resistence.
And about an hour after that one began, Félix Auger-Aliassime vs Holger Rune was a fine almost-Next-Gen final in Basel.
Auger-Aliassime gave Rune a few looks in the second set, but ultimately was by far the more composed of the two (by far). And his serve once again led the way to his third title in three weeks.

Felix must be exhausted! Denis looks happier & more relaxed that I have ever seen him. Congrats to both on exceptional weeks.
Woo Hoo!! Just finished watching the PVR of Felix’s win. Way to go!
Dennis had a tough match there, but congrats on the final.
You’ve already got Medvedev beating Denis!
OOPS!!!
