Murray vs. Simon in the night session, for the seasoned crowd. It turned out to be a great comeback win for Simon, in his career finale – and a terrible loss for Murray, who was up a set and 5-3.

It was also important match for No. 9 seed Taylor Fritz, still looking to cement a spot in the final eight for Turin. And he got the job done.
