Great WTA Finals tournament. Fun to watch. I am really rooting for Gaby in today’s critical doubles encounter. It is not easy being an obsessed Canadian tennis fanatic in today’s tennis environment.
However, the real Canadian showcase will be next week at the BJK cup. It has taken how many years for all our best girls to show up? They should already be getting ready to board flights. Am I crazy? My biggest fear is that Andreescu will beg off for some reason or other. So, just like Karl Hale I will me most relieved when she actually gets off the plane at Glasgow. I know the other girls are very committed.
