Daniil Medvedev is back in a very good place in his tennis.
And he won his third consecutive title Saturday with a routine 6-2, 6-2 win over Andrey Rublev.
It was almost as easy as it sounded.
The Tommy Paul, whose 3 1/2-hour win over Taylor Fritz took everything he had, the gas tank hit empty by the third set against Alex de Minaur.
And so, de Minaur (despite all the young guys in this event) is the Acapulco champion.
(Dubai is nine hours ahead of ET, Santiago two hours ahead and Acapulco one hour behind).
