CANCUN, Mexico – The rest of the WTA Finals swung into action Monday, with No. 2 Iga Swiatek (will she be wearing red? – No!) taking on Vondrousova and Coco Gauff taking on Ons Jabeur.

Aoyama and Shibahara and Krawczyk and Schuurs went back to back, playing on the first two days.

In the end, the singles was fairly lopsided. And the last doubles match was cancelled because of the rain. So not a great day overall.

In Midland, there are a number of Canadians who aren’t playing today, but will soon enough: Marino (from outdoors on clay to indoors on hard) and Sebov.
