Another big week on the Canucks This Week beat, although Félix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov are taking a breather before Shapovalov heads to Dubai with his protected ranking, and Auger-Aliassime goes to Acapulco.
The Canadian women continue in Mexico, with Rebecca Marino upgraded to the WTA 125, where she got into the main draw.
Katherine Sebov, who retired in her qualifying match against Marino at the Australian Open with a wrist injury and hasn’t played since, was entered in the WTA 125 in Puerto Vallarta but withdrew. Not quite ready yet.
The big winner is Ben Sigouin, who won the doubles title at the $25K ITF in Naples, Fla.
