She got a solid, steady customer in Camila Osorio. And her nerves held up beautifully in a hard-fought victory that was her first above the ITF level.

Beyond that, still no seeds so Azarenka v Kalinina, Boulter v Stearns and Yastremska v Bencic were the matches to watch.
