And of note – Bernard Tomic is in the main draw of an ATP Tour event. The former top-20 player qualified. And he got to play a countryman in wild card Rinky Hijikata. And he won.

At Eastbourne, Halle champion Alexander Bublik WAS to be in the house – you’d have thought he’d want to decompress a bit before Wimbledon, after what he did last week. And in the end, on Tuesday, he decided to do exactly that.
