Simona Halep dons Nike in Romania

Hitting on the match court at the Fed Cup tie in Romania (she’s not playing), Simona Halep sported a new look.

Halep was wearing … Nike (down to the shoes). No official announcement yet.

The world No. 2 was dropped by adidas at the end of 2017, as first reported here at tennis.life. 

Reports are of an announcement press conference Sunday in Romania.

Halep is scheduled to play Doha next week. But she was spotted visibly limping at the Fed Cup dinner and also resting, with her foot elevated. She hit with some Invictus Games kids Friday.
