As well, Canadian Denis Shapovalov got a very tough customer with previous success in Rome in the Italian Lorenzo Sonego. It was … tetchy, but the Canadian got through.

And of course, the ultimate photo op that is John Isner and Diego Schwartzman teaming up in doubles.
