The second day at the ATP Tour finals in Turin featured Novak Djokovic’s group – even though, as the No. 2 seed, Stefanos Tsitsipas is the titular leader of that group.
But Djokovic’s low seeding, born of his lack of tournament play this season, meant that the two met on the very first day (the general OOP has the highest seed facing the lowest in the group on the first day, with the two middle seeds meeting in the other match).
It went … the same way it’s gone the last few years.
