Poland and Greece were in big trouble as the U.S. and Italy, respectively, are bringing a 2-0 lead into the final three matches of their semifinal ties on Saturday.
Iga Swiatek getting smoked by Jessica Pegula was probably the biggest surprise. And Taylor Fritz getting by Hurkacz in the opener Saturday meant the US has already clinched a spot in the final.
Martina Trevisan pulling out a three-setter against Maria Sakkari in the first match of the night session Friday was right up there as well.
Will it come down to the highly-hyped mixed doubles for the win?
Doubtful. But Saturday does promise Tsitsipas vs. Berrettini.
