The Doha final was done Saturday. And so two finals remained: Rio, and Marseille.

Also – the Dubai qualifying wrapped up, as did the qualifying in Santiago, Chile at the final South American clay-court event, and at the 500 in Acapulco.

A bit of a crossover day, which happens when there are Saturday finals.

The Rio final between Carlos Alcaraz and Cameron Norrie – won by Norrie in the end – was chock full of drama, twists and turns and a few blinding winners.

But these two 500s are the last stand before the Sunshine Swing begins.

(Dubai is nine hours ahead of ET, Marseille six hours ahead, and Rio and Santiago two hours ahead. Acapulco is one hour behind).
