Despite all the craziness of the weather of the first week, it looks like Wimbledon will be able to finish all its events on time.

And of course the spotlight on the final Sunday will be the men’s singles final between the two top players in the world: Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic.

But spare some time for the women’s doubles final, in which the pair of Barbora Strycova and Hsieh Su-Wei, back from long breaks and in their relative tennis dotage, won Wimbledon – again, as they did in 2019.
