He faced a new client of the longtime agent he parted ways with earlier this year, fellow Quebecer Bernard Duchesneau. Always interesting. But in the end, he just couldn’t touch the Frenchman’s serve, at all.

And Denis Shapovalov tried to do what his pal Auger-Aliassime couldn’t do last week in Antwerp – defeat the surging veteran Roberto Bautista Agut, who ended up winning last week’s tournament. This is accomplished, rather impressively.
