The London final is super-intriguing as mighty qualifier Tatjana Maria’s slice goes up against the momentum of Amanda Anisimova.

Anisimova, who hits a hard, flat deep ball as a general rule, has hands and instincts that are a bit of a step up from some of the other hard hitters Maria has played so far.

She hasn’t used those skills so much in the last few years, as she’s trying to come back from a break. But they’re there. And she has solid and successful experience on grass. Should be a good one.
