MORE TENNIS THAN YOU'LL EVER NEED

The American team, which finished around 1 a.m. Wednesday night, had to get right back at it at 4 p.m. Thursday, as they faced Kazakhstan. They won, 2-1.

Only Hamburg, with a 2 p.m. local start, has a logical start time even though you know they want to get the biggest possible crowd from the start, maybe leaving early from work. Not to mention the best ratings for their broadcasts.

The hours were a little more reasonably Thursday, as none of the ties went to extraordinary length.

Here are the current standings.
